Companies that pay over £80,000 in total salaries are required to contribute to the levy. This contribution creates a pool of funds that can be reinvested into training. Smaller companies often pay less or no levy but can still benefit significantly. Through grants and funding opportunities, small businesses can access training for little or no cost, making it an invaluable resource for growth and development.
